1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, installing our agent, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
- Have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms (if signing up on behalf of one).
- Agree to the terms set out in this document and our Privacy Policy.
2. Account Registration
To use most features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Keep your password confidential and secure.
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Free Trial and Subscription Plans
RaqeebIT 360 offers:
- Free plan: Limited features, up to 5 devices, no credit card required.
- 30-day free trial on paid plans, no credit card required to start.
- Paid subscriptions: Monthly or annual billing, automatically renewed unless cancelled.
You may cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
- Install our agent on devices you do not own or do not have explicit permission to monitor.
- Use the Service to violate the privacy rights of any individual.
5. Your Data and Content
You retain full ownership of all data collected by your devices and stored in your RaqeebIT 360 workspace ("Customer Data"). We will not access, use, or disclose Customer Data except:
- To provide and maintain the Service for you.
- With your explicit consent.
- As required by law.
You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data as necessary to operate the Service.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (we will notify you in advance).
- Emergency maintenance to address security or stability issues.
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by RaqeebIT 360 and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by:
- Deleting it from your account settings.
- Emailing us at info@raqeebit360.com.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms.
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Fail to pay fees owed to us.
Upon termination, your access ends immediately, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Non-infringement.
- That the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- That any defects will be corrected.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RaqeebIT 360 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold RaqeebIT 360 harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Egypt.
