Every workspace has one install token. Do I need administrator rights to install?محتاج صلاحيات مسؤول علشان أركّب؟
Yes, once. The installer needs an administrator prompt on Windows or sudo on macOS/Linux to register the background service and to read hardware, security and network state. Which ports or firewall rules do I need to open?محتاج أفتح منافذ أو قواعد جدار حماية؟
None. The agent only makes outbound HTTPS connections to RaqeebIT — the same kind your browser makes. No inbound ports, no VPN, no public IP. If a device can browse the web, the agent works.ولا حاجة. الـ Agent بيعمل اتصالات HTTPS صادرة بس لرقيب — نفس نوع اتصالات المتصفح. مفيش منافذ واردة ولا VPN ولا IP عام. لو الجهاز بيقدر يتصفّح الإنترنت، الـ Agent هيشتغل.
What happens when a device goes offline?بيحصل إيه لما جهاز يبقى أوفلاين؟
The dashboard marks it offline and, if you keep the built-in rule on, sends you an offline-device alert. When it reconnects the agent simply resumes reporting.
